Hey everyone! I’m excited to share a new song that started as a spontaneous side project. Back in 2022, while visiting Emma Marie in Colorado, I got the idea for "Stranger In The U.S.A."—a fun little love story from the perspective of a foreigner in the U.S.
In 2023, I performed with Ventura Fox and Friends in Germany, playing Disney tunes. That’s where I met Sammy, who was amazing on guitar, banjo, and more. Hearing him, I knew I needed his sound for a country song. I was inspired by early 2010s country music and went back to the studio in January 2024. After recording 100 layers, I asked Sammy to add his magic with guitar and banjo. Soon, Antje joined with her incredible backing vocals, and later, Stephanie added her beautiful violin.
This project was such a creative journey! We even shot the video at my friend Jörg’s place, transforming a paddock into the perfect backdrop with some editing magic.
Huge thanks to everyone involved—Sammy, Antje, Jörg, Stephanie, Christopher on the camera, and all who supported us on set! I’m thrilled with how it all turned out!
